Harlem-based Emmet Cohen Trio makes their Charlotte debut at the JAZZ ROOM performing selections from Cohen’s latest album “Future Stride”, homage to Piano Greats of yesterday, with an innovative modern spin.
Piano phenom, Emmet Cohen, brings his all-star trio, featuring bassist Russell Hall and drummer Kyle Poole. The trio is known for its range and uplifting dynamism, representing Cohen’s “kaleidoscopic sense of musical narrative,” noted in Downbeat Magazine.
